I am just going to be an AW here for a bit. I love love love my new job working with these refugee women. It is great just to work part-time and DD's first day in the nursery with all the little refugee babies went really smoothly. Thank God!
The refugee women are all so sweet. At the break time, I go back and nurse Catherine and some of my students come back and nurse their LOs as well! And a couple of the Burmese women wear their babies in slings, which is great since I recently purchased one and am itching to use it.
It is kind of silly, but it is so nice to work around all these women who are mothers with young children like me! I hope that having my baby there will help them trust me as their teacher too, since we can relate to each other. Thanks for letting me share!
Re: AW: DD's first experience of daycare was successful, as is my new job!
