Have any of you read this book? It is a bio of Lucy Maude Montgomery that I stumbled on at my library today.
Will I love it?
ETA: LOL I am an Anne fanatic, I have read them all and own all the movies. The title of the book is Looking for Anne of Green Gables.

Do you mean the bio or the book AOGG?
Sorry, was confused! I haven't read that one.
I love AOGG - but I've also read the bio - and thought that was pretty good too
Patty,
If you like a traditional biography you might not like it because some of it is theoretical vs actual facts. If you think a normal biography is boring, then you will like. Just a heads up, the author is very very dramatic (to the point of annoying in some places) but over all I loved it.

Sweet! With that description I will like it. I can go dry or dramatic. I liked the Autobiography of Agatha Christie and she was very dramatic about her own life.
Do you like Patti Smith? Her memoir (Just Kids) was one of the best I have ever read, and it the 2nd best book I have read this year.

Not a big fan, but if it is that good, I might check it out. A lot of times people I have no interest in are fascinating and people who I love are not (I did not enjoy Melissa Gilbert's memoir much at all).
I love Anne of Green Gables! I'll have to look for the "Looking..." one...summer reading is just around the corner for me.
I was lucky enough to take a trip to PEI and I visited Green Gables and saw what she referred to as "lover's lane" it is quite a beautiful area! And we saw the musical!
I LOVED Gilbert Blythe!! (swoon)
