Supplement question

Since going back to work, my supply has dropped off.  Tonight we may have to start supplementing with Similac.  My question is, should we mix Similac with breast milk (I pump exclusively so she only gets bottles), or just give a bottle of formula?  Will introducing it too quickly upset her tummy?

    I can only answer one question-but our pedi has us supplementing to get LO's weight back up and she told us to take the bm we have and then add formula to get 1-2oz. I always thought they had to stay seperate-but she said mixing is just fine

    We mix the breast milk right into the bottles of formula.

    when i was supplementing we'd put whatever i had pumped into the bottle and then add however much formula to get the 4 oz. he usually takes each feeding.  after awhile we would give it to him straight without the BM mix.
