everything I read online is so confusing! Basically only water seems 100% safe. The caffeine thread below has had me searching online all morning. I thought Crystal Light would be ok, but that has aspertame too- everything does!! I don't drink much milk, I like water but I need something with taste every now and then....what are you girls drinking?

What about fruit juices? You could probably find something without a lot of added sugar.
This..fruit juice has been a life-saver when I want something besides water or milk.

I've been drinking a lot of V8 fusion, though I water it down because it seems almost syrupy to me. Extra fruits & veggies are always good. Also, lemonade is a biggie for me, but mostly because lemonade is delicious.
For the past couple days I've been drinking a can of Canada Dry ginger ale at snacktime, since that's when my nausea's been kicking it into high gear. The full sugar/HFCS kind... artificial sweeteners taste like a butt imo.
{edited to add} I totally forgot to mention herbal iced teas... Raspberry Zinger with honey in particular. mmmm.
Besides water, I drink a lot of V8, orange juice and milk.
I also drink caffeine-free Diet Coke, just not a lot so that I can leave room for other things. Aspartame has never been proven as harmful.
