Do you give it to your LO only when you think they need it or do you use it as a preventative too?]

If you just give it when they need it how long until it kicks in?

I put it in every other bottle. Who knows if it works, but they have been much less fussy lately

As needed, after the feeding. We find it much more effective given separately rather than in the bottle.
