Can I celebrate my "half-way-there" today?

in 2nd Trimester
So I know technically you're not considered half way until 20 weeks, but since my dr won't let me go past 38 weeks is today considered my half way point? Confused Just my random thought of the day.

    I think that's just fine--and I think I'll join you in  your rebellion by celebrating my half way there a day early--20 weeks tomorrow!

    Absolutely you can!  You are halfway.  I am having twins and my doctor told me they more than likely will go to about 37 weeks (scheduled c-section) but could come early.  I am hoping for no earlier than 36 weeks, so my halfway point IMO is 18 weeks (2 weeks away).  If I go further it will be like celebrating at 20 weeks and going 41+ weeks with DS. ;)
