Our hospital had pampers when we had DS #1, now it looks like the only kind of swaddlers available have that drymax chemical burning crap in it.
I was just going to use the hosp dipes and CD when we got home, but NEVERMIND that (see pixy's post!).
I'd like to have a few disposables on hand because DH is diaper-stupid sometimes and i think having backups makes him feel better, however we're anticipating another small (6 lb) baby and i have no idea what is available in the disposable diaper world. Target brand newborn diapers didn't fit ET as a NB.
Off to do more diaper homework, i guess. frick!
Re: anyone have recs for preemie/NB NON pamper diapers?
We used Nature Babycare for the first month or so. The smallest size fit her even when she lost a few ounces in the week after she was born. (She was about 7lbs at her smallest)
I really liked the Huggies Supreme. DD was 9lbs 7 oz though . . .
I'm guessing 7th Gen and the like might have a NB/preemie size?
Luvs leaked for us. SIL gave us a pack so I used them... some of them... shhh. Don't tell her.
We've have the most luck with Huggies Pure and Natural. They still have the gel in them so not totally EF but they have "elastic" in the back to help contain blow outs. They don't smell as bad as Pampers either.
