I am in the middle of epiladying mine off. I let it get back to Bushwoman proportions after I got pregnant and just never bothered afterward. I was driving to school today and I swear, I had gorilla hands/arms. It was at hideous/don't look at me proportions.
Defuzzing now.
What do you use, if anything?
Re: What do you do about your arm hair? (Judgement free zone...biitches)
Forearm/wrist/hand/knuckles.
I am a man.
That would be totally metal of me!
Ha! The title of this post gave me the LOLS, Patty.
I've never epiladied but in college I waxed all my arm hair off on a whim (my friend had just done it) and I loved it. It felt great and grew back softer.
I never did it again as I don't have a lot of hair but would recommend it.

I occasionally shave my knuckles only because I know the hair is there and it bothers me.
I have shaved my arms before on a whim, but don't remember if I liked it or not so I'm scared to do it again.

LMAO I just about died when I read this.
I'm very fair so I don't do anything.
Though, in the 4th grade, I shaved my arms because my girlfriend told me I was supposed to.
My mom lost her shitt.

What kind of Nair do you use? I tried the thicker creamy lotion stuff but it left a ton of hair behind even after I leave it on longer.
Mine isn't so dark, it is bushy with darkish ends. Ick.
LOL You succeed.
Love & luck to my 3TC girls. Congrats to Omega-The boys are here!
If there's one thing I've learned while waiting my turn,
it's that in each life some rain falls but you also get some sun.
After 2 years & 2 losses, our little man arrived 8-2011.
I have a cream...but they make a lotion and the foam stuff. I will have to give the Veet a chance...that "razor" is compelling.
My arm hair is fairly dark - I feel like it's darker than my natural hair color. It also has a tendency to stand on end, like I'm cold all the time.
I've never been happy with it but I was convinced that I'm supposed to have hair on my arms and didn't want to wax it all off. Bleaching seemed like a nuisance.
Since I've been off BC, it's gotten noticably darker and I finally decided to do something. I use DH's beard trimmer and cut it short - it's not stubbly-short, it no longer stands on end, and because it's shorter, it's lighter. I love that the solution is quick, easy, and free!
I shaved it a couple times when I was younger, and my sister gave me so much crap for it. (OMG, LAURA SHAVED HER ARMS, FA-REEEEEEAK!!)
I tried Nair, but I hate it.
I tried bleaching it, but that shiz makes my arms feel like they are burning off.
Now, I leave it alone. It's dark...it's there...but whatever. It's really only the lower part of my arm. I didn't even do anything for my wedding, though I probably should have, but it didn't show up in pictures, so I'm fine with it. I considered shaving again, but I don't want to deal with more stubble on my body...I have enough to deal with.
Hate.
I bet you don't even have hairy hobbit toes
A couple of blonde strays.
Patty, this will make you feel better...I have super duper blonde, clear hair on my arms...bla bla bla. No really, I do, but in MASSIVE, LONG amounts. Like I could come damn close to french braiding it. It's noticable in the winter but in the summer when I get tan it stands out worse than if it were dark, I think. I have waxed it and shaved it for years, but have since given that up, I just don't have the time. What is this epilady you speak of?
I also have crazy hair on my toes and the top of my feet. Again, blonde, but no matter what I do, it stands STRAIGHT up. I bet if I took my socks off right now I'd have some 1" long hairs on my toes standing on end. I really need to remember to shave them in the morning, thanks for the reminder!
This works for me...

Mine is a few years old. It rips the hair out by the root and lasts for about a week or two before it starts growing back. It doesn't hurt as much as you would think.
Me too but I do not have to do it very often.
I can TOOOOTALLY relate. I'm Italian, Hungarian (and Scotch-Irish, German), and my arm hair was long and pretty dark.
I shave my arms! haha! I was tired of people telling my how hairy my arms were, as if I didn't know. I just use a regular old razor and shave them while I'm in the shower!
I don't particularly like my arm hair, but it isn't quite bad enough for me to do anything about it. In the summer, it lightens up quite a bit, so for at least a few months I feel like it's not even noticeable.
What I do have to worry about is my upper lip hair.. I use an electric razor for that. I used to wax until I found a razor that was a lot less of a hassle (and not painful/irritating for my skin).
