DS is 5 mos today and DH and I both feel he is more than ready. He has been grabbing at our food for weeks now, especially since we have been including him at dinner by having him join us in his high chair.
Originally tonight I was going to do a chicken dinner with broccoli, carrots and potato, but DH just got home from work and said he fancies jacket potatoes with baked beans because we don't have broccoli.
I don't think beans would be a good idea for a first, so I was going to do some boiled carrot sticks and I wondered how to do potato for DS...could I just scoop some from mine or just offer carrots alone and see how he does?
I also have cucumber...or would that be weird to have with carrots and potato?
