recipe for "Chikn" patties/nuggets?

anyone have one? I really want to do away with all Morningstar/Boca purchases, and this is my one holdout for DS and I.

    I saw your post the other day and I think I might try it out too!  Making them and freezing  sounds like a good idea too.
