It won't fit. (Furniture related)

I bought a great sectional tonight.  Absolutely great.  I love it.  It is scheduled for delivery next Tuesday.

And now that I'm home, I'm convinced it won't fit where I want it.

I could maybe rearrange the room but I don't think I'll like it.  I underestimated the width of a radiator, so it threw off my whole plan.

It took me two years of on and off hunting to find just the right sectional.  

Poo.

    You might be surprised.  It's hard to tell how well furniture will fit into a room without actually having it there.

    Are you going to try to cancel or work it out?

    I knew I could count on someone to say that.

    They have a 30 day happiness guarantee, so I'm okay if I want to trade it back.  I think tomorrow I'll head back to the store with a tape measure and see if I can get some actual measurements.  If it looks like they won't fit I'll see if I can trade for something else.

    I agree.  We almost bought new living furniture before we moved in here because we thought it would be too big.  It ended up being fine, even though our measurements showed it would be too big.
