I posted about our decision to switch to cloth on the 2nd tri board yesterday and some people seemed to be very attached to their paper, many were supportive and many were not:
Good for you! I've never contemplated this, in spite of the fact that we will CD. But now I might have to think about it...scarily DH would probably be okay with this.
FWIW, the first people I met from his family were his aunt, uncle, and their kids. We were discussing the barn (that we live in, DH has lived here about 5 years). They were saying it had come a long way since he bought it. His cousin said, "Did he tell you about his old place with a bucket for a toilet?" I laughed. Yes, I already knew about that.
It was an interesting conversation to say the leasst. People's reactions to family cloth are always funny. They act like poo has never touched them or their washing machines. Hello!?
Wow my computer seriously just freaked out. I never even hit the enter key!! Sorry for all the repeat posts! I was trying to say hat's off to you and dh. I wish I could convince J to do it, but no luck. Maybe once we're cd-ing he'll realize it wouldn't be a huge jump.
