I am! I think we'll wait until he's 3 years old, and I know that's a long ways away, but we want to go with the whole family so we'd be renting a house or something in FL. And if we don't decide to do Disney, maybe another location or resort, just daydreaming!
Re: Anyone daydreaming of Disney trips yet?
I used to live 10 minutes away from Disneyland. Now I live about 6 hours away from Disneyland and I want to go so badly! In fact, I used to work at Disneyland while in college.
I can't wait to bring my LO. Disneyland has southern CA deals so I'll probably have my parents or friends from down there buy us the tickets so we can get a deal (and give them the cash when we get there). Tickets are EXPENSIVE! My parents live about 2 hours away from Disneyland so I'm sure they'll want to come too. I love Disneyland!
My parents live in Orlando so, Kate will be making her first visit to Magic Kingdom in December.
I'm sure we will be going 2+ times a year.
We took DD last May when she was just over 2. She LOVED it! If she had her way she'd go every other week.
We're going again in 2012 and this baby will be almost 2 (if we go in May) or a bit over 2 (if we go in October)
We stayed in a condo and will do that again when we go in 2012. It was SO much fun!
:Raises hand:
I half-jokingly told DH that for my 30th b-day I wanted a trip to Disney World or a baby. Obviously, I'm happy the gift will be our LO, but I'm still chomping at the bit for that trip! Looks like it will be at least a few years, though...
Me too! I still point with two fingers.
Summer 2011
My parents live 2.5 hours from Orlando, so I'm sure there will be a lot of family trips to Disney in our future.

OOHHH,,they have this cute little shop called the bippity boppity salon for little girls outsie disney at downtown disney.
They do there makeup, manicure, hair, and dress them up like a princess. This is what I plan to do for DD 3rd Bday!
I can not WAIT!
OMG sooo cute!!! Wait, do Mommy's get to join in too? LOL
YES!!!!!!! We're going to wait until Noah is 3 or 4 before we go down with him. The whole family is planning it, though. Even my step-dad who never once cared about DIsney is excited to go.
DH and I are going to fly down to Orlando when Noah is old enough to be away from us for a few days so we can the new Harry Potter park and the rest of Universal Studios.
We took DD at 6 months old and she loved it, and so did we. It was a chance to slow down and really take everything in. She went on all of the rides with us (minus the height-restricted ones), and DH & I just did Rider Swap when she couldn't. She cooed and smiled at things like It's a Small World and the Pooh ride. I wore her in the Moby and she slept most of the time we walked around. It was super easy.
We were supposed to go last week, but I couldn't due to some PTL scares.
We rescheduled for December. DD will be almost 2.5 and DS will be 5 months. I can't wait. They might not remember it, but it is worth every penny for ME to remember their eyes lighting up and the excitement they have at the time.
