My parents have one at their house for DS. It is very nice and sturdy. We have a more expensive version at our house and honestly I can't tell a difference. The crib at my parents converts to a toddler bed.
I have the ikea gulliver and love it. I'm so glad that I didn't spend more on a crib. I'm short so it is a perfect height for me. I love the simple lines and it is very sturdy. It takes a normal mattress and converts to a toddler bed. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat

I also have the Gulliver crib. It's been great so far. Honestly DD doesn't sleep in her crib much since we bedshare but she does nap in it. It's very sturdy and I like how it looks. I have a Naturpedic organic mattress which fits perfectly.
we got hensvik for dd. it was relatively easy to put together. it seems really sturdy. there are two settings for mattress height and it can be converted to a toddler bed.
Same here. We actually just got it last week because the crib DD was in had been recalled.

This! Probably took a grand total of an hour to build...just be careful with the plastic pegs, they like to crack.

We have this one with the same mattress as well. We love it! We also have a Malm bed frame & the crib side-cars up against the bed so nicely!
We have the ikea gulliver but its still in the box.
Why did we pick it?
High safety rating in Consumer Reports. Highly recommended in Baby Bargains. No drop side. I'm on the shorter side (5'4'') and wanted a crib that wouldn't break my back putting LO in/out. Its made from renewable wood (rubberwood) and has modern lines. Oh - and the price was right
I think it's great - it's sturdy, my sister and I were able to put it together with DD chilling in a bouncy seat in the room. It converts to a toddler bed. It takes up FAR less real estate. Fits normal crib mattresses just fine. Like PP said, liked that it was renewable wood, rated high, and it was such a great price.
