Dinner help needed please!

I have a lb of hamburger to use for dinner.  I have no idea what to make.  It has to be tasty, filling and easy...because I feel like shitz. Sad

ETA: It's warm here and I just took 2 loaves of fresh, homemade bread out of the oven if that helps.  Also, we have chicken enchiladas for dinner last night so Mexican is not my first choice.

  • Can you do inside-out cheeseburgers for something fun but not difficult? You can flavor them depending on what you have around--so if you have feta and olives, you can chop up the olives to mix with the hamburger, and then create patties, slice them in two, and stuff the middle with feta. Same idea goes for herbs and mozzarella, or whatever combinations your family would like.

  • I don't have any buns...otherwise hamburgers would be a great idea.  If I had been thinking I would have made some of the dough into burger buns.

You could do patty melts using the bread.

    That is a great idea.

My mom just suggested meat balls with a pan gravy and egg noodles with green beans on the side.

And I found this recipe.  Everything sounds good.  Can I just get someone to make it for me?
