we have a 2 yr old.

My Dad is helping us do somethings around the house. So, he is priming a spot in my master bathroom the size of a greeting card, I told him taht I didnt want my 2 yr old in the house while he did it and while it was drying. Same goes for when he paints it. he thinks that is crazy,

Am i being crazy cause i dont want her in the house? would u feel the same way? her bedroom is rright next to our bedroom...

As long as your 2yo is kept away from the paint, I wouldn't worry about. Keep the door to that room closed.

We painted our living room, kitchen, dining room, and playroom while the boys were here. We just kept them upstairs and made sure the fumes were ushered out the door and we had plenty of fresh air!

The only thing I would worry about is DD sticking her hands on the wet paint.

He is only painting on the wall the size of a greeting card in an upstairs bathroom and you are worried about fumes? Don't worry, your LO will be fine! I think you worry too much!

ditto to pps. Nothing to worry about, just keep the door closed. And really, if it's the size of a greeting card, I wouldn't even worry about keeping the door closed. There's not going to be much fumes coming from that.. probably the carpet you might have would be more toxic then that
