When will it end?

When will I stop wearing spitup as a normal part of my wardrobe with dd. With ds I was done by this point, but she spits up a lot after each feeding. I'm tired of the nasty shirts everyday. :-p

  • Good luck!!  I know it's a pain but you can always wear a burp rag on your shoulder!

  • I do! She prefers puking down my shirt or underwear on a regular basis. She rarely does it on the pf I keep on me.
  • I picked up Baby Bix out of the pack n play after my shower today because he was melting down....chunky stuff all down my back. (TMI but I hadn't yet gotten my upper half clothed yet....) ewwwwww!!! I would have rather changed my clothes.

I was kind of wondering the same thing as he and I are both averaging two - three shirts a day. Not very EF!!

  • Haha!  DD rarely spits up but when she does it is always down my shirt/tank/bra.  Lovely!

  • She has unlatched while laying on the nursing pillow, looked up at me and smiled then spit up literally down my stomach and underwear to the bottom of my leg. Love it....
  • I seriously own maybe ONE shirt that doesn't have spit up stains.
  • It was almost 8 or 9 months before Bruce stopped... I hope it is sooner for you!
  • Probably not what you want to hear, but it will 11 months until DS stopped spitting up consistently.  Blech!
