NBR: Soooo off subject, pimple help please

I stupidly picked at a pimple on my forehead and it caused a scab.  It's smack dab in the center of my forehead and I am standing up in a wedding next weekend.  I have been putting Neosporin cream on it for a couple days now and haven't noticed any difference.  Any tips/tricks you girls can give me would be so much appreciated!

    This is gross, but if it still has a scab next weekend, I'd pick the scab off before trying to cover it with makeup, but between now and then, don't pick at the scab.  I don't know what else to tell you though.  But I bet it won't be so bad in a week.

    I use mineral makeup and it covers pretty much everything well.
