PSA: Strawberries n' creme & vanilla bean frapps are caffeine free!

Yay Starbucks!  I have basically given up caffeine for the moment, but I have discovered that the creme frapps are caffeine free.  Some Sbux locations even have a frappucino happy hour (they're half off), from 3-5pm, through May 16th. Enjoy!

    yup and if you get the strawberries and creme one with toffeenut flavoring it tastes EXACTLY like capncrunch with berries. true story!! it's crazy.

    I love these.  Some stores will now make it with skim milk.  Not that I'm preaching, but a tall one of these lovelies is about 400 calories and 15 grams of fat.  Just an FYI.  If you get it with skim and no whip (which I suppose isn't fun) then it's fat free and about half the calories. :)

    Yeah I checked the nutrition info, and always get it w/ skim and no whip.  Its a nice change from water all the time.

    I love you for posting this!  I was craving a frappucino so badly yesterday but I am also trying to avoid caffeine... I am going to get me a vanilla bean frapp today!
