in TTC After a Loss

I know there are a lot of questions asked about Vitex, but I have to add a few more.

I am on a B-complex and am going to see if anything changes this cycle with my LP and spotting.  If not, I'm thinking of adding (because I have a lot of the B left) Vitex.

I've checked 3 or 4 stores here and I don't see it.  Do I need to just order online?  Also, do take it full cycle or just after O?

    I couldn't find anywhere local.  Apparently Whole Foods carries it.  I would just order from Drugstore.com.  The prices are pretty good.

    The jury seems to be out on whether it's safe in pregnancy, but I've also read some caution about not stopping it abruptly.  So I'm taking 800mg until 7dpo, then cutting down to 400mg for the rest of the 2ww.  I would plan to stop with a BFP.

    It's also known as Chasteberry. The Vitamin Shoppe where I bought mine had it named "Chasteberry" then under it in small letters "vitex". GL!

    I got mine at Whole Foods- if you have any health food stores in your area that sell herbs, they should have it.

    I got mine at Whole Foods but my local health food store also has it - again labeled chasteberry.  A friend of mine who is an herbalist told me to get the liquid form which I did but it tastes terrible.
