Weight and growth question

We had our 6 months appointment last week and it seems that DD only gained half a pound and grew half an inch in comparison with her 5 months appointment. Same thing happened at her 5 months exam. She did however double her weight by 5 months.

Our doctor just said that she did not have her 6 months growth spur and she is still measuring fine. She is 27 inches and 16 lbs.

Did anyone else have this happen to them?

    DD was on track at her 6 month appt but dropped drastically at her 9 month. She only gained 1 lb and 1 inch between 6-9 months. We are trying to get more calories into her and we'll see at a year if it was a fluke or if she has some issues.

    Same here with our LO. She has the exact same stats as your LO too! Big Smile

    Our pedi said to add more calories since our DD is not taking her 28 oz a day of breastmilk. So we've added yogurt and an egg yolk. Hopefully that will help.
