If you buy Target diapers...

...do yours now have a gathered/elastic back? We bought size 4 today and the backs are now gathered, but just about 2 inches worth right in the middle. They also seem a little smaller.

    Yep.  I noticed that recently too.  I do think they seem a little smaller too.  I've been contemplating moving Nate up to a size 5 b/c of the size difference.

    Mine also have the gather but I didn't notice that they were a little smaller. I think I have some of the old ones so I will try and compare!

    I'm actually glad to hear this!  I like Huggies the best b/c they have the gathered waist, but we buy Parent's Choice because he only wears them at daycare and I'm cheap.  Stick out tongue  Apparently some of the PC diapers do have elastic waist, but the ones we get don't.  But I was going to Target today anyway so I'll pick up diapers there.  Cool!
