Do you have a Nanny?

What do you ask her to do in addition to taking care of LO house claing, etc? 

How much do you pay her?  ( if you don't mind answeing)

I'm considering asking mine to do some clenaing and trying to decide if i need to give her a raise. 

 

 

10/17/2009 - Our Miracle came 10 weeks early. IF,2 MC and 1 Preemie we have our miracle.. Baby Hope 10 weeks 5days was taken from us on Dec 18, 2007. Forever with us and Forever missed. Triplets Lost baby A @ weeks, Lost Baby B at 6 weeks and lost baby Abigail at 14 weeks when she was born to little for this life..... Forever with us ....

    I'm getting ready to start interviewing nannnies.  The going rate around here is 10-15 per hour.  I want them to do light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying up) and some errands (grocery store, dry cleaners, etc.).  HOw much do you pay yours now?

    We pay her $10.00 and hour right now.  Lo is a supper easy kid right now.  He's so happy and is barely fussy.   She's always telling me how easy he is.  Right now the only other thing i ask her to do is put the laundry that i put in the wash in the dryer and fold it.  I was going to ask her to vacum and mop the floor once a week and maybe dust too if I do how much more should I pay her.
