What position for sex works without cramping your abs?

    Um, those "cramps" in your abs are probably contractions, there is probably nothing you can do about them.

    We like from behind or couch sex best at this point, but when I "o" I have contractions, it just is what it is at this point.

    DH & I particularly LOVE using the "birthing" ball.  Either from behind or more creatively.  And I also have cramping/contractions after the big O....

    At least your getting sex. I have had sexy time with DH THREE times since getting pregnant. Consider your self lucky, even with cramps! lol
