I like it but trying to get a feel for what others think of the name. I tend to like unusual names and we don't want to end up naming our LO something we like but everyone else will think is weird....
I am a kinder teacher and have never heard that name before. I say its good because even though it's different, it's not crazy different... I've taught kids named Princess, Ceezar, Blessed, Given, Elvis, and loads more.
To each his own! If you love it, forget what everyone else thinks!

I love it! Gray was actually one of my top 3 boy names until I found out my close friend has had Greyson picked out for her boy since they were coming up for names when she was pregnant with her daughter 3 years ago. Now they're pregnant again so I guess it's out. Oh well.... you can still use it!
Never thought about it, but I love Grayson, Gray for short. For some reason, it's not my fave if spelled with an 'e' but maybe b/c then Grey looks a lot like Greg.

I can only imagine the crazy names and even crazier things you must see and hear as a kindergarten teacher. I had a wonderful k-garten teacher myself, such a fun grade!

I am a teacher and have come across only two boys named Gray in the 1400 kids I have met in the past 4 years...
One boy had only the first name Gray... the other was a nn for Graydon.
I love the name either way! Good Luck to you!
