Help - DD's diapers smell like ammonia when she wakes up

We are using FuzziBunz with two inserts, Hemp and a regular fuzzibunz insert, with the fb insert closest to DD.

This morning when she woke up the diaper smells of ammonia and her diaper area is red!

Any help?! TIA

    Ours started doing this when DS got a little older. We switched to all hemp inserts and don't have the smell anymore. We have had it a few times since, but I just strip them with Dawn and all is good again. Good luck!
