Ya'll I need dinner help

We are having baked chicken with parmesan couscous tonight.  Now I have two questions.

1) What kind of baked chicken should I make?  Should I put my special cream of chicken/cream of celery/garlic mixture over it and bake, should we have something like baked lemon pepper chicken or barbeque chicken, or should I bake it in white sauce?  Or any other ideas?

2) What veggie should I put with it?

  • All of your choices sound good to me!

I love the recipe above for times when I am doing baked chicken and want to do something a little different. It looks pretty too.

I would serve something green as your veggie. Broccoli, asparagus, or green beans. That's what I normally do.

    Good luck!
