YUM. Now that I'm not longer afraid to make pizza dough from scratch (also using PW's recipe), I've made pizza about twice a month.
I make the BBQ pizza last night because our favorite local pizzeria sells a similar version (for $30). I had two leftover pieces of grilled Yoshida chicken so I just chopped those up and tossed with BBQ sauce before putting on the pizza. It really is very good, super fast once you have the crush, and the cilantro on top is delish. (I went very light on the onions because DH isn't a fan.)
