Hi ladies. I didn't make it into Rent :-( I made it to callbacks last night, but then got cut at 10pm, just before they finished casting. I'm really bummed. Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive and sending me good wishes on FB.

    I didn't know you were trying out. It's amazing that you were able to make it to callbacks. I'd be proud of that if I were you. I'm so sorry you didn't make it till the end.

    All of this! You gave it your all and you should be so proud of getting that callback and making it almost to the end! There will be other plays and other auditions - you will get your chance to shine, Mel. Don't give up!

    So sorry you didn't make it, but it is amazing that you got so far.  Miami is a tough place to break into a role b/c there are so many actors/performers and not enough roles.  But, hang in there and don't give up!

    What everyone's already said: I'm sorry you didn't make it :( but cool that you made it to the call backs! I didn't know you were trying out either, but with every audition you just get stronger (that's what I keep telling myself with the writing/submissions lol). :)
