past couple of days, if i sit too long, my left buttcheek goes numb. Never had this before being PG, is this something others are dealing with?

I stand up and try to move around, but i have a desk job and can't really get around sitting for the entire work day. Suggestions?

it could be pressure on your sciatic nerve! heat packs, wearing flat shoes and sleeping with a pillow between your legs is supposed to help
