Make sure and check with your mom or whoever to make sure they aren't dead. I ordered one for my mom and MIL to be delievered to their work today. Well...they arrived and first of all...both look completely different from one another - even though I ordered the exact same bouquet. Secondly, they look nearly dead. They're all closed up, dry and brittle. NOT worth the money! Here's what the picture on the website looked like:
Here's what my MIL's arrived looking like:

And here's what my mom's looks like:

DH was so pissed he called and complained, so they will be sending this to both of them tomorrow:

Good grief!!! I won't be ordering flowers from them again!
Re: PSA If you ordered 100 bloom from ProFlowers...
Wow. Someone at the flower shop can't count to 100.
We had bad luck with ProFlowers several times too.
I always order from 1-800-flowers now.
Before I jump on the Hater bandwagon... are you sure your MIL's flowers just haven't bloomed yet? It's hard to tell in the picture but those look like buds to me, not dried up and dead. Your Mom's flowers look like there's just too much greenery... can't see the flowers too well so I can't really comment on them.
And when they say 100 blooms.. that doesn't mean 100 stems. Each stem of Peruvian lilies probaby has 10 or more blooms on them. Big difference. It's not misleading, you just need to understand what you're ordering. Roses are one bloom per stem, but many other flowers are not.
I only say this because I've worked for florists in the past and many people get really pissed off when they think they're getting something they're not. Plus, I've used ProFlower dozens of times and always had a great result. The one time it wasn't that great, they more than made up for it.
ITA about the 100 blooms not equaling 100 stems...and I knew that was the case. I just counted my MIL's (I work with her), and there are 24 stems. But even if they aren't open yet...they look dry, wilted, and dead. Not pretty at all like the picture! If they do open and end up being pretty...then great. But as of right now, I'm not happy with what was delivered. I won't use ProFlowers ever again. And they are making it right...sending the roses tomorrow.
I agree with you about them not looking great or anything like the picture... but as a woman who grew up and worked in a flower shop, you should note that ProFlowers takes the orders and distributes them to florists in your area. I wouldn't be mad at ProFlowers personally but would be calling to complain about the florist they used.
Also you have to realize that every stem is different so you will never get EXACTLY what the picture is, but I agree the could have got a little closer than what you received.
