We have talked about having 2 kids...maybe 3. But I'm pretty sure I'm holding onto all baby stuff at least 5 years after the last baby is born just in case.
My sister had 2 kids, swore she was done and then had another baby and literally had nothing. She had to borrow it all from me.
Re: How long do you plan on keeping your baby stuff?
Thanks! We did them last night. Mother/daughter pedis.
Until DH gets a vasectomy after we decide we're done having kids
DH's brother & his wife were DONE, they had 3 kids and then sold off their baby gear and clothes as their youngest out grew it. She was on birth control and found out earlier this year that #4 was on the way. Needless to say she's had to re purchase everything.
super cute i cant wait to have mommy daughter makeovers since im a hairdresser and do all that fun stuff I cant wait to share it with her. but i think i have to resist her piggys since she still eats them hmmm lol
Yeah DD is at the age now where she wants to chew on her hands instead of her feet. So I felt pretty safe doing them. My DCP gave me the side eye when she saw them but it's my kid and I can paint her piggies if I want to.
Plus she really loved it. She sat there so perfectly while I did them!
After our 1st, we kept everything except for a lot of the hand me down clothes and I lent my friend the bouncy. The rest has been stored. And now we on #2. So I guess it depend on if you plan on having kids any time soon after the new baby. We don't b/c pregnancy is a horrible ordeal for me and I expected this time to be easier, but its been much harder. So I guess keep the big things, so you don't have have to repurchase them. We get to use our carseat again since it doesn't expire til 2013, but the stroller that came with it is kinda on its last leg, we plan on getting a double stroller.
