Anyone order from CottonBabies recently?

I've usually had such great service from them. They ship the same day...and the few times I've called about things (mostly using coupons for orders) they are wonderful and its easy to get through on the phone.

 

Well, now i'm having issues and I wonder if they are having site wide problems. I placed an order last Tuesday. It still hasn't shipped (and all the items are in stock). I've tried calling two days in a row (multiple times) and I can never get through to anyone. I end up giving up and leaving a message...and no one is calling me back.

    I ordered BG seconds a couple of weeks ago and had no issues, shipped quickly.  I hope they get your issue figured out!

    who had the earth day sale where you didn't have to send in a BG coupon to get the free AIO?  whoever that was, i did it and still haven't gotten the dipes.  actually i don't think that was cottonbabies.. but if they had a sale maybe that's what's backing them up too??  :-(

    That was Sew Crafty Baby I think - my order hasn't shipped yet either, but in the email they sent it lists when they were getting the diapers in (the Flip I ordered wasn't in until the 23rd, and the AIO won't arrive til the 7th so I expect to get mine next week sometime.)

    I left a message yesterday and got a call back today. I'd just call and leave another message. They were very nice when they called back.
