F/U on 1 hr glucose test...

So, I had my 1 hour glucose test yesterday...and I failed it. Oh, and to top it off I am anemic (again!)...Wahh! I haven't started the tears yet, since I went ahead and scheduled the 3 hr test for tomorrow...so wish me luck again. I hope & pray I will not have gest. diabetes this time around...it was soooo not fun with my DD.

    keep us posted. I am probably going to be in your boat too, Im NOT happy about it :( Heres to you passing the 3hr test!

    ughhhh... I'm sorry. I hope you pass the 3hr test. Are you fasting?

    Yeah, no eating after midnight for me...and I am trying to steer clear of sweets and carbs...I have to go in at 8:30 am with my 14 month old daughter for 3 hrs - AHHH!

    Well i am already in that boat.  The Dr's say i dont have regular diabetes, but yet if it is just gd...we found it really early.  They tested me early because I am overweight.  So far, It hasnt been a problem.  I am not saying i want to be in this position, I am just saying I choose to have a positive attitude about it.  I take insulin 3 times a day and try to watch how much i eat.  Maybe it will be a bigger deal, the farther along i get...but it really hasnt been too big if a hassle yet.  Good luck, i hope your 3 hr test goes well, but if it doesnt...you will still be fine.

    Thank you! I can't believe you have to take insulin so many times/day...last time around I took meds and tested my blood four times/day...
