I do not. My DCP is more of a babysitter type situation. Maddie has been there since 12 weeks old and she is wonderful. She watches a couple other kids and has never called out and is taking her first vacation since she's ben there. I don't pay when she doesn't go and she's flexible about what time we bring and pick her up.

yep we have one. It makes me feel secure. We didn't with our first DCP and then something came up where I wish we had. When we got a new one the new DCP had one all ready for us. It was great.
But I'm a big fan of the People's Court and Judge Milian says to get everything in writing! lol
yes, our in home DCP does written contracts and anytime they make a change to something, such as pricing, we are notified ahead of time and have to sign an addendum to the contract
