I know there's not much I can give Olivia but her nose is running non stop, she's coughing, spitting up phlegm, and sneezing so much. She's not really a crier and she's been crying all night. We pretty much slept on the couch with me holding her. Doctor on call said (generic) tylenol for her low fever. Any other tips moms?
Re: How to comfort a baby with a bad cold?
Definitely a humidifier, or sit in the bathroom with a hot, hot shower running for some steam. Use the "nose-sucky" to get as much gunk out of there as possible.
Poor kiddo.
Wee beat me to it. Exactly this. I've also found propping on end of Gabe's mattress with a pillow underneath helps considerably.
YES! That too. It'll help her breathe better.
