I am sorry! I had one of those nights were I was sleeping soundly when the alarm went off, so I was groggy and disoriented when I got up. I am just now feeling truly awake (which probably is a bad thing since I drove in over an hour ago.)

Well that sounds a lot like my night. Just throw in some severe pains, night sweats and body aches and you have me.

Except I'm not pregnant so my body and the IF drugs just hate me.

The other day, I took a nap after working & woke-up to see the time in my watch said 5:30. I thought I was late for work, but after jumping up, I realized it was 5:30 AM! I had slept for 16+ hours! Talk about being disoriented!

Sorry to hear it- I hate when that happens! Try taking a benadryl, the antihistamine is the same ingredient at a tylenol pm or unisom pill and it also helps with nausea. It may relax you just enough to get a few more hours sleep... glass of milk helps too!
