An interesting thing about me is that I use to do hair and make-up for my grandpa at his funeral home over the summers when I stayed with my grandparents!
This is a pic of me with my 1st Cuban cigar (we were on our honeymoon)

An odd fact...until a few years ago I suffered for years with a little known eating disorder called night eating syndrom. I was fully awake when I'd eat but it's like my brain was not my own. At its worst I'd eat around 1000 calories in the night waking up five times a night. Usually peanut butter. No wonder I was so tired. It's stress induced and while I'm over it for the most part I know I'm really stressed when I wake up and eat. I didn't even know it was a thing until I saw it on Oprah and bought a book from a guy that researched it for over 20 years.
Me in San Fran in February...enjoying the live crabs.
Hey doll! how are you?
Heeyyyy Mag! I'm good. I'm in a class for work all week so my bumping time is limited. And I'm pretty exhausted right about now so I'm probably going to bed soon. It's an exciting life I live, I tell ya! How are you?

Me and DH at my 10 year high school reunion in April. A random fact about me: I moved 7 times in 2 years after I graduated with my Masters degree. Undecided much?
Hey Mari, yeah it was scary for those last three years but quitting sales & moving back home to be with my husband seemed to "cure" me for the most part.
As for your pic, I agree with the ladies. HOTTIE! I bet you can bust a move good! I remember you talking a few times about going out dancing with your girlfriends.

Sorry, not providing a photo. I'm a down-low sort of poster and like my anonymity.
However,
I'd love to visit the Body Farm in Knoxville TN (yeah, yeah I know it's a research facility, not a tourist attraction)
I can't watch Toy Story. You remember the bit where when toys were forgotten by their kids they "went into retirement" and were reminded that they had served their duty as being played with and done it well, like an aging veteran in a VA hospital? This was a huge part of my thinking when I was a kid. I played with toys I had lost interest in because they were so sad at being ignored. This neurosis still somewhat applies as a grown-up.

Yes maam I can bust a few good moves, but I have not since January and before that was Sept. I have been down with all this IF. It sucks that IF tears me away from what I love. I have been working on my body and my moves I hope to be back on the dance floor real soon. Maybe after my vacation.
I'm so glad you quit your job and moved back home looks like it's something you really needed to do.

Very cool! I have a book about that..pretty gnarly stuff. It's, "Bodies We've Buried".

I interned there for a little while. It is very interesting. I wanted to go into mortuary science at the time. I worked at a funeral home for a long time, but it was too much for me after a while. You aren't the only one who is fascinated by the research there!
Haha! Last Halloween DH wore a shirt that said Spank My Monkey For 50 Cents...I dressed as a monkey...lol this reminded me of it!
Ohhhh! I am going to have to file that one away for next year. DH doesn't like to dress up and I do, so his costume has to be something simple that isn't actually dressing up!

I would have loved to do something like this for a career as macabre as that may sound..but dh and my mom were against it saying that I would spend my whole life surrounded by death..it could wear on a person; I guess I could see their point.
Family pic from Easter. ?I will be removing it in a few because I am weird like that!?
Interesting thing about me: ?I will be taking my pic off soon, I am weird like that. ?HA!
Actually, how about I have never had a "real" job, like 8-5 or sitting at a desk. ?I worked at a day care in HS, waitress in college, TA in Grad school, I taught a couple night classes at a junior college when we only had one LO. ?Now I am just your standard SAHM.?
The bump is pissing me off. ?It won't let me edit my pic size!?

It isn't really that bad until you see your first really violent crime etc. Working for the coroner's office & then a funeral home really worsened my anxiety & depression. I was only able to do it for about 5 years. I don't have any idea how people can last for a decade or more in that line of work.
What got me out of mortuary science/work was the suicides & the babies. You see enough of those and you can't take it anymore.
I don't know how interesting it is, but whenever I used to tell someone my first and middle name, they would always assume my mom was a big fan of Gone With The Wind.

And I took 5 years of Russian in school and can't even carry on a convo with it now except hi, how are you, my name is...

LMAO, yes and some spray glue. You'd be surprised, but those puppies didn't move. No exposure even with all the turns and rubbing going on.
