Whoa. Ovulation pain.

This is my 3rd cycle post-m/c and the 1st month for us TTCAL. I've always had O pain but this past cycle was really bad. Like, I had to bend over to catch my breath a few times. Now I'm noticing some light spotting 3 dpo. This hasn't really happened before, except I did have implantation bleeding before I got my BFP last time. But it seems too early for that. Anyone else have O pain/spotting issues?

    After my first m/c I had really super-intense O pain (which I had never experienced before).  I think that's what it was anyway, since it coincided with when I expected to O.  My midwife said sometimes women report changes O pain/symptoms after m/c or pregnancy.  Mine was incredibly painful, but it sure is nice to know you're ovulating.

    I'm with you, girl, and I feel your pain! I have always had o pain, but generally it was just a twinge.  Since my miscarriage, though, it has been really intense and it lasts for a few days.  I guess the positive is that we are more aware of when we are going to o.
