Need rec's for 1st Birthday cakes!

Hi all,

?I'm planning DS's first birthday, and would like to get a custom cake in the shape of a teddy bear or Elmo...do you know of bakeries with tasty cakes that can make custom shapes? ?I know of French's in CM, which is tasty, but looking at their gallery there weren't many custom shapes (they were mainly round or sheet cakes). ?TIA!?

    We're going to use Cinderella Cakes in CM they were the TLC Ultimate Cake off winners and the gallery looks awesome!

    Don't know where you live but try Let them eat cake in Dana Point. THey made me a football jersey for a cake which looked amazing.

    I have had cakes from Wonderland in Newport Beach. Great but pricey.

    I highly recommend kaylakakes too.  We had ours for our son's 2nd and 3rd birthdays....regretted not doing his 1st bday with her.  Not only are her cakes creative, but also delicious too.

    We had 1st bday cake with Cinderella Cakes.  Although the cake was beautiful, but  it tasted terrible.  I did a tasting prior to but it did not turn out the same.

    We got DD's first birthday cake from Beverly's Best in Fullerton, and it was fantastic.  They do custom cake shapes.
