I have been trying to be good, get back on the wagon. So I went and ran two miles. Then went to print my boarding pass out in the lounge and they had warm chocolate chip cookies. Of course, I ate one.

Totally defeats the purpose of working out.

I worked out this morning and came upstairs to eat the pancakes and bacon my husband was cooking - oops!

No no. You worked out so that you could eat a chocolate chip cookie guilt free! You would be much more pissed if you had gotten ready to go run, and then stopped in the kitchen to eat some cookies and never made it out of the house Wink

Way to get the workout in!!! I wish that I could get motivated to workout. I was going to workout today, but it is raining so not walking or running for me!!!
