DH wants to use Tara. I have no idea why I think this sounds strippery, I just do. FWIW, someone above said Alexa was strippery, and that's in my top three. Go figure.

Ouch. My niece is Autumn and my SD is Layla. Anyway, for me any names that end in i, any made-up names and any names spelled wrong.
I don't think Autumn and Layla are stripper names at all. (And I know you didn't mean to offend anyone.) I was going to say I disagreed with these and Savannah. They don't sound stripperish to me. Most of the other names mentioned I agreed with. No one mentioned Mary Jane yet, definitely stripper sounding to me!
Re: Stripper Names!
Jade
Lacey
Misty
Missy
Lexie
Bambi (I know a 40 year old woman with this name...)
Barbie (I actually know a 22 year old girl with this name - what were her parents thinking???)
Holly (used to be kind of a common 80's name, but seems more like a stripper name to me now)
Angel
Heaven/Nevaeh
Destiny
Candy
Asia
Amber
Jasmine
Ginger
Crystal/Krystal
Chastity (ironic, I know)
Jayla
Brittany (another 80's name that seems to evoke stripper-esque visions from me for some reason???)
I agree with these totally!
Starr/Star/Starla
Destiny
Pixie
Nevaeh
Ravyn (from my last post, ick)
Diamond
Kandi
Crystal
Shauntelle
I don't agree with OP on Savannah, though.

Angel
Destynie
Summer
Autumn
Layla
Misty
Candy
Trixie
Cinnamon is the ulitmate stripper name to me.
I totally disagree with the OP about Savannah though.
Haven't read the other responses, so sorry if there are repeats:
Amber, Candy, Stella, Starr, Sugar, Bambi, Barbie, Trixie, Lexi
Desiree
Paradise
...Skittles... (personal experience)
Angel (You know "my horns hold up my halo")
Coley ( My SO's x was a stripper named Nicole that went by that)
Muffy
Vixen
Brandelynn (Brand-uh-lynn) this was my sister's baby name for about 3 months..luckily now she is undecided
Disagree with OP on Savannah.. seems like a very nice name too me.
Lacy (when I was little, my friend's mom was named Lacy and she was a stripper so that association stuck with me)
Amber
Bambie
Candi
Totally disagree about Savannah.
Glad lots of us disagree with the OP on Savannah....
I think its a pretty, southern, "good girl" name. I can think of far more names that scream stripper.

I wanted to use Roxanne, but DH and several friends thought it was a "stripper name".
I would have stuck to my guns on principle, but decided to use it as a middle name for a girl
Jade
Blaze (BFF's cousins kid is named this)
Mercedes
Porsha
Jewel
Tanya
Kandi

My husband had a student whose cousin was named Crystal--not bad by itself. Middle name was...

Chandelier
That is a stripper name if I've EVER heard one!
=( Brittany isn't a stripper name, but a cheerleader name!
I hate my name =(
