Can you bring a baby into an ABC store?

This is probably a stupid question, but I haven't been to one in a while.  I seem to have memories of my dad bringing me with him into one as a kid, but I could be wrong.  For some reason, I wonder if there is law against kids in an ABC store, or is that just kids without their parents?  Anyone know?
