Anyone had a hernia?

I had 2 pregnancies almost back to back. I have always been somewhere between thin and average, never overweight but I noticed that after my last pregnancy, my belly never went flat again even though I lost every pound of my pg weight. In fact, it sticks out so far that it's almost painful. I could easily pass for 4-5 months pregnant. My back often hurts as well. Can anyone who's had a hernia explain what it feels like? TIA

    I found my hernia during my second pregnancy and I really thought it was her position for two days until it didn't move.  Mine wasn't painful but when I reclined backward I had this hump in the middle of my belly.  It's really common when you have back to back pregnancy.  Mine didn't hurt too much but they did repair it with a mesh screen through my belly button.  I'd get it checked out soon, it's usually an easy fix! HTH!

    I'm pretty sure I have one, but have been reluctant to head to the doctors... I think its necessary though.
