Trying to Get Pregnant

So what exactly constitutes 3 consecutive hours?

The past few nights, I have not been able to stay asleep for the life of me. I've just been in and out. I don't get up and do anything, but I didn't know if sleep cycles actually effected temps.

(Last night, I woke up and almost woke DH up to tell him he overslept--I thought I'd been asleep that long. When I looked at my phone, it was 11:37. PM. WTH?)

Re: So what exactly constitutes 3 consecutive hours?

  • I think exactly what it implies....3 consecutive hours...like from 3-6 or 2-5 or whatever.  I do wake up usually half way through the night, but luckily can get at least a stretch of three hour before waking up.  Sorry your nights have been so restless:(

  • I'm totally not trying to be snarky, but consecutive mean "in a row". So um 3 hours in a row. GL!

  • It's okay, I knew it was an idiotic sounding question when I asked it, but I couldn't think of another way. :)

I guess what I mean is... I wake up and temp at 5. I woke up around 3:45 just long enough to look at the clock and went back to sleep. I doubt I was unconscious in a deep sleep for 3 hours in a row at all, but I definitely was in bed and asleep for most of the night. I was just hoping that might still count.
