You know what I never thought I'd do?

There are a few things, but I never, EVER thought I would be a parent who lifted her kid up to sniff the diaper to see if it needed to be changed. But I did it. I'm not proud. I hope I don't have to do it much in the future. But I did it once before, and I may have to do it again one day.

    My H makes fun of me for squeezing DS's diaper. I'm like, why, how do YOU check for pee? Take his pants all the way off and look? Pshaw.

    I never thought I would be the mom who walks around with spit up on her shirt, but you know, sometimes you are just too tired to change, esp if LO is being extreamly fussy that day!

    I do this all the time.  Quite often I can't tell is it has anything in it, and I have trouble getting a used but clean diaper back on him.  With pampers I can't even tell if he peed sometimes.

    oh gosh...i have to do this all the time. i make DH do it and even got my 11yr old sister to do it when she was here.

    Oh I totally do this ALL THE TIME. I can sniff em out like a pro! AND I do it in public!! Judge away, Judgy moms...I don't care. lol. Cool

     THIS!  Today I was at the pool and he threw up on me and my friend was like "oh let me get you something" I just rubbed it in like I was at home... then I was embarrassed!

    When I'm at home I've begun to just live in my H's too small undershirts because he spits up so much. I squeeze and smell the diaper too. I'm not ashamed. I also walked around with smooshed bananas on my pants the other day and didn't even realize, thus I didn't care.

    I sniff it all the time!  I smell poop everywhere...even when DS isn't with me, so it's the only way I know he needs to be changed if it hasn't been too long since the last change and he's not crying. Smile

    I do this at home and around family, not in the middle of a restaurant.  Sometimes DS will grunt and make the poop faces, but I'm not sure if he really pooped.  The smell is a dead giveaway.
