Ayla - okay - I just always think Kayla when I hear it though.
Brita - like the water filter?
Bryna - I like Brynn, the a on the end is weird
Isla - beautiful name, but I would be concerned about mispronunciation
Eliza - nice name.

"Brita the water filter" was that nn that I was called/teased with when growing up. I know that you can bully many names, but this particular one hurt me when I was growing up. Don't pass it on to your child, speaking from personal experience.
Haha! I didn't even think of the Brita water filter! I guess that is why I like running names past other people
Our top two are definitely Isla (which DH said he LOVED! amazing!) and Eliza (I like all the nickname choices there are). Any middle name suggestions? I may post another thread about that later. Thanks for all your input!

BRITA, but my name is Brita, so I'm biased.
Really though, it's pretty simple yet I have only met a few people with the name. I like Isla but spelled Ila.
GL!
No one teased me about the water filter but sometimes I had to say "like the water filter", for older people to understand Brita.
My mom got the name from Day of Our Lives. GL!
1. Isla- LOVE it! Gorgeous name.
2. Eliza- very pretty
Regarding Isla, I don't think people will have trouble mispronouncing it. If they do it'll only be once. (And you can snicker at them if you want.)
