Free Subway breakfast

anyone else go get this today?

my subway near work which is usually dead at 7am (I get their breakfast once or twice a week), had a line 10 people long.   But plenty of help behind the counter and I was only in there for 7mins.   Not bad.

    I only knew because I stayed home yesterday with the TV on.   Saw commercials.   Usually I only see TV in the evening and it's all DVR'd so we skip all commercials.

    What do you usually get for breakfast from there?  I drive by one every day on my way to the train so it would be a quick stop.

    Western Egg muffin.   I get it made with egg whites, provolone, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, and tomato.

    it's only like 170 cals or something.  It's actually really tasty for something more healthy than my old usual McDonalds Sausage mcmuffin.

    I am contemplating doing this, but Zara is pretty fussy! There is a Subway right around the corner and we were thinking of walking....I guess it could still happen, but who knows. I have been dying to try their breakfast!
