  • Itttt'''ssss Monday!  How was the weekend?  I was a lazy eater this weekend with the sad excuse that I was sick.  The good news is, I've lost 4.4 lbs -- almost to my first 5 lb challenge!

  • Food: 4 - stayed within my points all weekend but snuck in two glasses of wine.  :)

    Activity: 3 - went for a long walk on Saturday but didn't work out yesterday.  I did spend 2 hrs cleaning though - the bathrooms, scrubbing the kitchen floor, etc.  Does that count?!

    Motivation: 4

    Feeling great!  I have noticed that I am no longer craving junk food - I am choosing to eat healthy and it is making me feel so much better.  I have been stocking the fridge and pantry with healthier food and have been cooking all Cooking Light/WW recipes.  

    I only lost a little over 1 lb last week but I think it's because I lost so many lbs my first week and a half.  I'm excited to see the 8 lb loss in 3 weeks - I know I can hit my goal.  I am also so glad to be going back to WW meetings - I've realized that's what it's going to take for me to stay on track - it's the only thing that worked for me in the past.

  • Food: 4..went over my calories by 35 Activity: 4..I did a Wii Active workout because DD is not feeling well and I didn't want to walk with her Motivation: 5..finally back to my pre pg weight Weight loss: 7.4 out of 10 Total weight loss: 44.1

  • I'm starting again this week. I didn't count points and ate lots of yummy food while home for grandma's funeral but I don't think I gained any weight. If I can get out of last week without weight gain, I'm happy.
