***I assumed related to bedrest but apparently more general related to baby on a nerve? Just outside right thigh for me, rest of leg is fine.

    I am having this, too, especially at night when I am trying to stay on my sides.  I think there is also blood circulation issues at play, since I get the same tingling in my hands and forearms sometimes during the day.  To the best of my knowledge, this is not something to sweat about as long as it passes.
